The London Bridge Experience & London Tombs lasts on average 45 minutes, but due to the nature of the Experience being an interactive show the length of it depends how chatty & engaging you and the rest of the audience are, so we recommend you allow for 1 hour. Please also arrive 15 minutes prior to your show time. Like all theater productions, late admission is not an option so you’ll either see the next available show or I’m afraid if you’re late for the last show of the day, you will miss the experience. Refunds are not permitted.

Yes we do, no booking required just turn up with your London Pass and enjoy the next show!

We accept your Concessions card, your NUS card, your ISIC card or your ValidateUK card.

There is no age restriction in the London Bridge Experience, however, children up to the age of 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

We do allow for women who are pregnant to enter however it is at your own discretion and we do not recommend it for women in late stages of pregnancy, or people with heart problems, of a nervous disposition or who have epilepsy or claustrophobia. The London Bridge Experience is normally okay as it is a walk-through experience with live actors playing characters from London’s history. This section is more funny & historical than scary; however, it can be dark in places. We strongly advise not entering the Tombs as it can be very dark with strobe lighting and the path can be uneasy at times. You are asked if you would rather leave before entering The Tombs section.

Our busiest time tends to be between 12pm – 3pm, however as a popular attraction please don’t be disappointed to see a queue at any time.
